Not so bad …
Sometimes as a photographer, I wish that I lived in some big city. New York, LA, San Fran, Chicago … the creativity seems endless in these types of places. Sometimes I get restless in the little ‘country town’ I live in. Just the other day I had to pull over and snap some shots at sunset on my way home. Well, I didn’t have to, but sometimes the light hits something just right and I suddenly have no control of my car.
In all seriousness though, as the sun was setting on this evening I pulled over and grabbed a few snapshots through the trees - it was simply breathtaking the way the light, colors and water from from the recent downpour combined to create these images I took. As I was taking some of these photos, I stepped back for a second, pulled the camera away from my eye and thought to myself … “this is not so bad.”
