To know Raul & Chrissy is to love them. I have been doing this wedding thing for many years now and never have I been so blown away by two people. The passion these two have for life and the genuine love they have for one another is almost too much to handle. We had an incredible day with Chrissy and Raul up at The Tenaya Lodge just outside of Yosemite – an epic backdrop for a wedding. For me, just watching this film brings back the passion and the emotion everyone there was able to experience when they said I DO. We ended up staying after this wedding and danced into the night with this group of crazy people. Not only were we part of a spectacular wedding, but we made two new friends. We hope you guys enjoy this film for years and years …

Marc & Michele got married on a rainy, perfect day in November. The weather had no effect on this celebration and we were honored to be right along-side these two as they tied the knot. We had a ton of fun all day avoiding the rain and eventually embracing it by snapping some really stunning images under an umbrella! The G. L. Johnson Chapel in Fresno was the setting with reception celebrations held later that night at Torninos. We had a blast guys, we hope you love these captured moments of your day.

Under the Golden Gate

Recently, we were in San Francisco shooting an engagement session for a couple I’ll be sharing with you in the next week, Maria and Jeremy. Maria & Jeremy are two of the coolest cats you’ll ever meet and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this May. While strolling along Baker Beach, with the Golden Gate in the background and the evening sun setting behind us, we saw a young man drop to one knee about 50 yards away. I grabbed my telephoto out of my bag and sprinted down the beach at the same time … I couldn’t miss this opportunity, it was just too precious and too perfect. What you see below is the exact moment that Justin asked Brianna to be his bride and make him the happiest man in the world (I’m certain these weren’t his exact words … it was probably way more romantic and customized). Before you start to think I’m some kind of creeper taking secret snap shots of unsuspecting victims – I met Justin & Brianna after I sniped these images and we all shared in the joy and excitement of the moment. Sometimes being in the right place at the right time is priceless – I am just so glad I was able to grab a few images and share them with such an incredible couple at such a remarkable moment in their lives. And how gorgeous are these two? Are you kidding me?? After we met and shared in the joy of the moment (Brianna was glowing with shock and excitement) these two love birds posed for me for a few minutes and we got some really great shots.
